We had Valerie, Tracy, and their mom Jane stop by with Tracy’s new son Connor. It was a delightful time and we got some pictures of Connor and Ripley sitting together. I promise to let you [...] The car that gave me 'hot hatch' obsession… We started thinking about a new car at the beginning of last year and throughout the year we’d talk about various things the new car would have to have and what I would want in a new vehicle. Now understand I drove a 2000 Ford [...] We met up with Sketch and Stephanie at Chow Baby, only to tag along to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens! Never been before so I took out the ol’ iPhone and took a few shots. We had a great time with Sketch and Stephanie and really appreciated them hanging out with us. Black Friday came and went… good luck next year! On November 30th, 2001 I started a Live Journal. Over the past almost nine years now I have been randomly posting and updating this journal with things about my life, events, rants, or just plain on gripe fests. The sum total of those posts? Three hundred and sixty six posts, that’s just enough to [...] Yesterday I clipped a bicyclist with my passenger side mirror. This took approximately as long as it took me to look away and switch a song on my iPod. My side mirror flew through the air in spectacular fashion, I saw the cyclist’s face with a mix of shock, fear, and anger. I came [...] I try to make sure my husband knows that I love him every single day by both words and my actions. I used to think that telling him “I love you” about a billion times a day would make him somewhat annoyed and sick of hearing it, but I’m so glad that I do it. [...] Random thoughts… On Family – Now that Chris and I are essentially our own family unit, sometimes I sit and daydream about what our future children will look like and what they will grow up to be in this world.
